Tottenham, Man City and Liverpool in for Rovers midfielder

David Bentley has informed Blackburn Rovers his future lies away from Ewood Park, irrespective of who the Lancashire club names as its new manager.

The likes of Tottenham, Manchester City and Liverpool, all of whom have been linked a summer move for the midfielder, are likely to up their efforts to sign the England midfielder.

“I have made it clear to the club what I want to do… I want to move on,” Bentley told The Times.
