Torres to be shackled by Bolton defence
Bolton left-back Matthew Taylor has declared that they will not be giving Fernando Torres (pictured) any special treatment when the Reds pay a visit to the Reebok this Sunday, apart from shackling him that is!
“There are no special plans for Torres, we’ll have to shackle him but we won’t change our game for him, there are plenty of fantastic players in The Premier League, arguably the best players play here, so we’ll have no special plans and we’ve just got to make sure we get our own game right.” Taylor told SetantaSports.
“It’s a big game, but we tend to respond well in big games – just before I arrived the lads beat Manchester United at home, it’s always tough against Liverpool but there’s no reason why we can’t get a result.”"It’s important that we pick up points because I believe we’ve got the small task of Manchester United away after!”
“Other teams around us don’t have easy runs either, but we have to take care of ourselves. We’ll give Liverpool respect, but they’re coming to our patch so we must perform.” he added.
