Preview: West Ham United (h)
The mighty reds finally play their game in hand against the Hammers on Wednesday night at Anfield, and if the Reds take all 3 points they will be in the driving seat for the 4th place Champions League spot.
After a strong performance on Sunday against Bolton at the Reebok, confidence will be high and Ryan Babel should start, and hopefully finish, another game.
With Andrei Voronin the only absentee from the squad at present, Rafa has a very strong squad to choose from which can only benefit the push for that vital final Champions League slot.
The Hammers have a long injury list with Danny Gabbidon, Matty Etherington, Lee Bowyer, Craig Bellamy, Callum Davenport, Nigel Quashie, James Collins, Scott Parker and Keiron Dyer all sidelined, so are well under strength, however Dean Ashton will still pose a threat up front.
3 points are a must!

Nice one Kirky!
I think it’ll be a comfortable win since we are at home. I’m going for 3-0. Crouch to score the first goal
i’ll go for a modest 2-0 (hyypia and gerrard)
