Scunthorpe have revealed that defender Jack Hobbs was substituted at half-time in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Southampton as he was suffering with a virus.

Having struggled through the first half, the on-loan Liverpool man was sick during the interval - but is expected to be fit for the weekend.

Jack Hobbs is currently playing on loan for Scunthorpe United from Liverpool.
