Reports has it that Juventus director Jean-Claude Blanc travelled to Liverpool yesterday to discuss the possibility of signing Xabi Alonso

Reports in The Daily Mail are saying that Liverpool placed a £16 million price-tag on the Spaniard. However, it’s believed that Juventus didn’t make any bid yesterday.

It may seem a little too pricey but Juventus are expected to return with an offer that could signal the end of the ‘Pass-master’s reign at Anfield.
