Roma winger set for Anfield switch?

Amantino Mancini, 27, could be set for a move to Liverpool for a cut-price of £4million.
The Brazilian born winger is set to buy out the remaining years of his contract under the new so called Webster rule.
Under this new rule, Roma would be entitled to a £4m in compensation; however, this is a major step down from the £10m that they value him.
Mancini is uncertain about extending his contract as he said, “I won’t speak about my contract until the end of the season.”
Rafael Benitez made a bid for Mancini last summer, but with the new Webster rule in place and supported by FIFA, Benitez hopes to have one more signing before the summer transfer window is opened.
