Inter prepare for Anfield battle with easy victory
Inter Milan cruised to a comfortable 2-0 victory against lowly Livorno in preperation to Tuesday night’s battle against the Reds at Anfield.David Suazo (pictured) grabbed a brace in as many minutes to sink Livorno who are hovering just above the Serie A relegation zone.
With only 16 teams remaining in this year’s UEFA Champions League, we are a mere 180 minutes away from yet another Quarter-Final spot in Europe’s finest club competition, let’s just hope the players can raise their game in what could (should?) be Rafa’s final season in charge at Liverpool.

I think it is very ir-responsible of a web site owner to say this should be Rafa’s last season. Why would you want to heap more pressure on top of that which has caused so much recent failure. Shame on you!!!!! Not a true red in my eyes!!!!
I didn’t say this should be Rafa’s last season, I asked the question if it should be (y’know, to encourage comments etc…).
If you care to take the time to read more about my views on Rafa then you will soon realise I am in FULL support of the Spaniard.
I admit this is the first time I have visited this web site. If I misread your comments I apologise.
Rather than have a go at me though maybe you should consider how you write these things. I was told when having a heted debate over the future of Rafa, my opinion that he should stay, about this web site that supported his view on the mans departure. I look forward to setting him straight.
Away from that any other Red that may be reading this and has been drawn into a debate by myself and the editor please give your FULL support on Tuesday. I do not think booing the team at any time will help. I too walked away a disapointed fan on Saturday but do not feel getting on the backs of players will help.
No need to apologise Dave, everyone is uptight at the moment after the Barnsley defeat.
I’ve been watching scenes of what happened before the Barnsley game and was quite disturbed, no wonder the players can’t concentrate with all this “in the wrong hands” nonsense.
As someone on our forums said, “Let’s show some class” and I hope Anfield returns back to normal for Tuesday as we’re gonna need all the help we can get.
