Fabregas delighted for Torres

Midfield maestro Cesc Fabregas lavishes praise on Fernando Torres for his remarkable impact in his debut season.

The playmaker is delighted for his Spanish team-mate and believed that playing with world-class players has helped Torres improved.

“Torres for now is in an incredible moment, everybody is talking about him and the truth is that I am very happy for him,” said Fabregas.

“At Atletico, he was a little restricted, had a pile of pressure, all the responsibility was for him.

“But that’s no more and here he is totally released, playing with incredible players and I say that he is happy.”

Torres became the first Liverpool player to score 20 league goals in a season since Robbie Fowler 12 years ago.
