EURO2008: Kuyt confident he’ll be selected

Dutchman Dirk Kuyt is confident that he’ll be included in the trimmed down national squad to take part in the forthcoming EURO2008 competition.

“If I show the same here as I did in the recent months at Liverpool, I don’t have to worry. I think I will be a part of the squad.” he told Dutch reporters confidently before adding: “I am convinced that I can be important to my country. Few players can be compared to me style-wise.”.
