Does Jermaine Pennant deserve a chance? (Video)

Published by MilanKakaBaros on August 28, 2008

Well it seems to everyone that Jermaine Pennant has been shunned out of the Liverpool squad and it’s only a matter of time before he is sold off to another team.

However for the past three games Liverpool have looked really flat footed on both wings; with both Dirk Kuyt and Yossi Benayoun lacking a key ingredient that is so crucial for any winger, pace.

With Pennant being our only genuine winger with pace, I, like many people would have felt that he would have offered more options than our current right winger, Dirk Kuyt.

Here is a compilation to remind Rafa of what Pennant is capable of.

Pennant has had too many chances, if someone wants to buy him, take the money.

But spend it wisely, we do need a natural winger rather than playing Dirk Kuyt, just someone better than Pennant. James Milner would be a good buy.

It is broke though, we’re piss poor!

Sell Pennant, Kuyt, Voro, Finnan, Alonso - that would surely fund two good signings, Riera and …. ?
