Chatting with the enemy: Bolton Wanderers
Published by tom1892 on November 15, 2008
On Saturday Liverpool visit The Reebok Stadium to play Bolton Wanderers and will be looking for all 3 points against Gary Megson’s side.
So we have been chatting to Aaron Davies ahead of the 12:45 kick off.
Supporter backround
Name: Aaron Davies
Location: Lancashire
Time supported: 24 years
Favourite player: Kevin Nolan
1. Hi Aaron thanks for talking with KOP-TV, after seeing Liverpool crash out of the Carling Cup on Wednesday will that give you and your fellow supporters confidence going into Saturdays game?
Definetly, with Liverpool losing against Spurs twice and conceding 6 goals in the process we have every right to be confident!!
2. Fernando Torres should be starting at the Reebok Stadium do you think hes a major threat or an easy target as he has just come back from injury.
Fernando Torres is always a threat to any team when hes on the football pitch, it only takes one burst of pace from him and hes through, its frightening.
3. Now a win would put you 8th in The Premier League table for a few hours at least, do you think that will be the main priority a win?
Definitely, It would be absolutely ridiculous for a home team to go into the game with a draw in mind, Bolton Wanderers are not a team to do this and we will be going for all 3 points in my opinion
4. What are your targets for Bolton this year?
Qualify for the UEFA CUP And have a decent cup run
5. If Bolton had the chance to have Allardyce back, would you welcome him back?
Quite simply YES!!
Thanks Aaron for talking to KOP-TV. Good luck with your Bolton targets.
