Carragher involved in ‘fracas’ with man on street!
Defender Jamie Carragher was arrested and later cautioned last Tuesday morning after a confrontation with another man whilst on his way to training at Melwood.
The man he was arguing with, or what the ‘fracas’ was even about is unclear, but our vice-captain (pictured during ‘happier times’ at Anfield) recieved a caution for ‘common assault‘ after attending a local police station accompanied by his solicitor.
A Merseyside Police spokesman said: “We can confirm that a 30-year-old man from the Blundellsands area received a police caution for common assault in relation to an incident on Liverpool Road, Crosby, on Tuesday February 26.”
