Blackburn keen to seal Pennant deal?
Published by fiz on August 30, 2008
According to The Daily Mirror, Blackburn will try to push through their interest in Liverpool winger Jermaine Pennent before the transfer deadline closes.
Blackburn boss Paul Ince sees Pennant as a perfect replacement for David Bentley who has just joined Tottenham.
Pennant has yet to play a game since Rafael Benitez looks set to favour Dirk Kuyt or Yossi Benayoun in the right-wing position.

Please Please Please give them Kuyt instead .Infact give em Kuyt and give em £5 million to take him.
Mark you’re an idiot, we could do with more of the team to have the commitment that Dirk has, half of them give in too easily and don’t forget rafa is playing him out of position.
Rafa seems to love Kuyt so I cant see him leaving anytime soon, at least he might push him up-front now that Riera is on his way?
