Benitez Fears for Torres Fitness

Rafa Benitez has raised concerns regarding Fernando Torres’ fitness ahead of next Sunday’s derby clash against the Bluenoses at Anfield after a bruising encounter with our fiercest rivals Man Ure.

“Fernando has some knocks on his ribs and ankle. A lot of knocks and a lot of kicks. I was just trying to protect him. The doctors will do a scan and we will see.” said the Spaniard who will be hoping to make amends against our closest rivals.

Javier Mascherano will miss the encounter after recieving a red-card at the Theatre of Wet Dreams.
