Argentine aiming for first-team action
Emiliano Insua can’t hide his feelings as the reserves went on to clinch the National League. The Argentinian belief it’s time for him to aim for higher ground which is first-team football.
He was given his first start of the season last weekend against Manchester City in which he excelled at left back.
“There are a lot of good young players at Liverpool and we all want the same thing – to play for the first team.
“I have done that but I want to do it more and more. The challenge for me now is to become a regular in the first team squad.”
