Agger suffers new injury setback
Daniel Agger has suffered a new injury setback. He has broken his metatarsal which has kept him out since September. He is set to miss around a month. Tattoo-mad Agger was expected to start against Luton but has suffered another setback once again.
Rafa Benitez told Liverpoolfc.tv, he didn’t expect him to play in the next few weeks. Agger’s injury has taken much longer to heal than his spaniard compatriot Xabi Alonso who broke his metatarsal on the same day.
Fabio Aurelio is expected to be fit enough to play against Luton but this will disappoint Liverpool fans who would love to see him partnering Carragher again. Skrtel will hope to get a game against Luton and earn a place in the side permanently.
