£7m winger back in the frame?
July 22, 2008 · By Redneck · Jump to comments
Rafa Benitez is expected to up his attempts in signing Newcastle United’s James Milner according to reports in The Times.
Benitez is understood to be in the hunt for a wingman, after being previously linked with the likes of David Bentley and David Silva, but as of yet he is still yet to sign anyone, which has sparked rumours that the St. James’ winger is a £7million target once again.
Milner, 22, has been at Newcastle for four seasons since his switch from Leeds United, and is said to be looking for a move to a club with more silverware opportunities.

Where do you get these stories from? James Milner is an ok player but at best suited to a mid table club, we have and are trying to get rid of better players, why would we want him?
